Schedule a meeting with one of our Org Consultants to discuss in greater detail the things you have questions about. Below is a breakdown of all the different consultations we offer.

This is for faculty and staff of MSU Denver who would like to meet with the Associate Director of Student Organizations and Leadership Programs.
Meet with a Student Org Consultant to help you get started on creating your Student Organization’s constitution. This is great for writing, reviewing, and revising constitutions as well as learning how to use RoadrunnerLink to host an officer election, and the different types of ballots to use.

Schedule a meeting with our Student Org Funding Assistant to review Student Org finance which includes, but is not limited to the process to apply for funding, finance policy overview, and account balance.

Book a General Consultation to learn about booking spaces, event planning, or questions related to Student Organizations This service can provide general finance information, but will not cover finances in detail. Anything related to finances, please select the “Funding and Finance” service for detailed information and assistance with finances.

Starting each year or even each semester is the hardest part. The to-do list is at its longest with the first thing being “make the to-do list.” This consultation is great for figuring out what you need to consider in order to have a successful year as a student org.

Are you starting a new student org? Congrats! Our office is here to help. This meeting is meant to help you build connections with our team and learn about the most important resources on campus.

Has your Student Organization been approved for funds? This meeting is for Student Organizations who have had their funding application approved and are setting up a time to discuss how the funds will be spent.
